1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Synqly, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Free Trial accounts are limited to one per user / per business.

3. Service Usage

Our platform provides review management tools. You agree to use these tools ethically and in compliance with Google's Business Profile guidelines. We are not responsible for any account penalties resulting from misuse.

4. Multi-Level Credit System

Usage of review templates is controlled by our credit system. Credits are consumed whenever a review template is copied or redirected. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5. Subscription & Expiry

Plans are valid for a specific duration (Monthly or Yearly). After expiry, credit top-ups might not be available until a new base plan is active. We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features with notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any account suspensions or penalties imposed by third-party platforms (like Google) resulting from your use of the service. You use the service at your own risk.
